Bonaca is a Seattle-based tamburica orchestra that performs Croatian and Balkan music. The group is known for its multi-piece tamburica performances and vocals, with founding members forming the band in 2010 to achieve a blend of traditional instrumentation and singing. Bonaca performs at various events and festivals in the Seattle area.

We have an inviting, family-friendly atmosphere where people of all ages are welcome from 1 to 105. Serving delicious large portioned, freshly made, healthy, authentic Greek food! All of our appetizers, dips and freshly made authentic Greek souvlaki meat are prepared every day on our premises by Master Greek Chef Taki Dotis. "Everything is home made, he puts so much care in every dish, making everything from scratch, and he's very consistent. He has a passion for the restaurant, wanting to make nice dishes that look as good as they taste."
Since opening several restaurants, with the first opening in 1984, including two pasta and pizza houses, he revisited his true cultural cuisine with Taki's Mad Greek in 2001.
Our new location is perfect for birthday parties, family night out, anniversaries, wedding rehearsals, wedding showers, corporate parties, etc., or enjoy a night out with excellent Greek food and atmosphere. We can open early for private parties, special events and catering, from lunchtime till 8:00 PM. We can also open early for special events. Please call ahead 24 hours in advance to make arrangements.

Join us for dinner and all types of live Greek music from the legendary Takis Dotis and his Mad Greeks*. The band includes Elias Dotis (2005 Lionel Hampton Jazz Solo Artist of the Year), Greek Diva, Elizabeth, Yiannis and Thanasis. Check our live event page for upcoming show dates.
Adding to the live entertainment, on special occasions we also feature national award winning Belly Dancers. We'll guide you in Greek dances, if you wish to participate. Due to limited space, the drummer and guitarist join in at special public and private events. Ask us for booking information.

This place is excellent!
I really can't say enough good
things about the food and service. Every time I visit Taki's, I
know I'm going to have a great meal. I usually order the Veggie
Platter, which never disappoints. Highly recommend the Greek
potatoes and falafel appetizer! The pita is exceptional too.

What a wonderful greek-owned restaurant. This place has a
really charming ambiance, amazing food and very friendly and
authentic service. The food honestly was out of this world and I'd highly
recommend sitting down and eating there instead of getting
delivery or takeout. It's a totally different experience
and the service is so great and they also have live performances
some days of the week.

This restaurant has become my new favorite and is a hidden
Seattle gem. The meats are perfectly cooked. Every time I go I
find one more thing that keeps me coming back. The blue cheese
salad was so yummy, and I have never been a fan of blue cheese.
When you go, branch out and try something you have never tried
before. You won't regret it.

Demetrios (Taki) Dotis has two main passions (besides his family): music and food. He is the "King of Taxim" (improvisation) on the bouzouki. In the kitchen, he has improvised and created his own recipes.
